The Fox Den is a handcrafted military unit departure gift featuring a scroll-sawn fox emerging from a woodland den surrounded by greenery and orchids.
Each element was individually cut, shaped, sanded, and painted by hand, with the orchids carrying special significance as a tribute to a fallen member of the unit. The artwork is framed in handcrafted maple with routed detailing, rabbet and mitred joinery, and a Tung Oil finish.
This one-of-a-kind woodland artwork combines detailed scroll saw craftsmanship with meaningful symbolism and custom woodworking.
