What kind of art do you create?

I specialize in handcrafted scroll saw art and custom wood logos. My work ranges from intricate mosaics and personalized family signs to layered wall art inspired by the places I’ve lived and the stories I’ve experienced

Do you offer custom pieces?

Absolutely! I love bringing your ideas to life. Whether you’re looking for a personalized family sign, a custom business logo, or something entirely unique, I’m here to collaborate with you.

Where are you located? Do you ship internationally?

I’m based in Kingston, Ontario. I currently ship across Canada and to select international locations. If you’re outside Canada and want to place an order, feel free to reach out!

How are the pieces mounted or displayed?

Most wall art comes with French cleats or sawtooth hangers for easy installation. I’ll include detailed instructions with your order.

How should I care for my wood art?

Keep your pieces away from direct sunlight and moisture to prevent warping or fading. A gentle dusting with a soft cloth is all it needs to stay looking fresh!
Please do not hang your wood art outside unless it was previously stated when ordered.

Custom Orders

How do I place a custom order?

Head over to my Custom Order Page and fill out the form with details about your vision. The more information you provide—like size, color preferences, and reference photos—the better!

How much do custom pieces cost?

Pricing depends on the size, complexity, and materials of your project. Once we finalize the details, I’ll send over a quote. A 50% deposit is required to start, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

How long does it take to complete a custom piece?

Custom orders typically take 3-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and my current workload. I’ll give you a more accurate timeline once we’ve finalized your order. 

Can I make changes to my order after it’s started?

Minor tweaks might be possible early in the process, but major changes after work has begun may incur additional costs. I’ll always try my best to keep you in the loop!

Shipping & Returns

How is my order shipped?

All custom scroll saw orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. I use tracked shipping methods, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your piece is on its way.

* Please note that any item shipped with free shipping is shipped via Canada Post oversized lettermail and is therefore not tracked. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each piece is custom-made, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right!

What if my piece arrives damaged?

If your piece arrives damaged, contact me immediately with photos of the packaging and artwork. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
